Kale, Quinoa, & Lentil Salad

- Dino kale, roughly chopped
- cooked quinoa
- steamed French lentils
- pistachios
- English cucumber
- dried herbs; spices; salt and pepper
- extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar 

Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
